Hi! My name is Connor Garrity, and I have been a mortgage advisor since 2016. I entered the business straight out of college in 2016 after graduating from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. I love making a positive impact on people’s lives and guiding them through one of the biggest financial transactions of their lives. I believe that having a trusted mortgage advisor by your side is just as important as having a doctor or lawyer that you trust in your corner to help you through life’s big decisions and challenges, and that is how I have always ran my business.

I am well versed in all aspects of the industry, whether it be Conventional or government loans (FHA/VA), non-QM loans, refinancing, construction/rehab loans, etc.

In my free time, I am an avid golfer, enjoy skiing in the winter, and traveling with my wife Nicole.
