Devon began her career as a commercial loan officer before transitioning to mortgage lending in 2004, where she quickly became known for her deep knowledge of new home construction financing and her ability to guide clients through complex lending scenarios. She excels in building strong customer relationships and is widely recognized for her tenacity, follow-through, and commitment to educating borrowers throughout the mortgage process. Devon lives in Berlin, Maryland, with her husband Sam, owner of Gray Buffalo Consulting, and their four boys. A proud Eastern Shore native, she remains deeply connected to her community and passionate about helping homeowners achieve their financial goals.
