Tim lives in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, with his wife, Erin, and two daughters, Olivia and Charlotte. He has been in the home lending industry since 2008 and the housing industry since 2001.

A native Marylander, Tim is a fan of all things Baltimore and Maryland, including the Ravens, Orioles and Terps.

In his free time, when not attending games and performances of his daughters, Tim enjoys playing golf and landscaping the yard.

Tim is a member of Elizabethtown Noon Rotary and volunteers with the annual Lincoln Trail Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Now a resident of Kentucky for over a decade, Tim loves the Bluegrass State for its people and unique charm and considers it home now.
